Terms of Service
Last updated 28 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the OSPulse website at ospulse.app (the “Site”) and the OSPulse subscription, operated by Fortitude Omnis Group Ltd (company number 16862154), a company registered in England & Wales. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What OSPulse is
OSPulse is a dependency-health and open-source supply-chain intelligence product, including the Article 14 Signal module for the EU Cyber Resilience Act reporting duties. The Site describes current and planned capabilities; that description is not a warranty or a contractual commitment unless we say so in writing.
2. Subscription, price and VAT
OSPulse is sold as a single plan. The founding rate is £2,988 per year plus VAT, billed as one annual payment rather than monthly — the £249/mo equivalent figure shown elsewhere on the Site is a comparison only, not a billing option. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate where chargeable. For a UK customer at the current standard rate of 20%, that is £3,585.60 per year.
Subscriptions are taken out through Article 14 Signal, and the subscription terms published there are the contract between us: they set out the annual term and automatic renewal, the notice we give before each renewal, how to cancel before and after the first charge, and the refund position. Where those terms and this page differ on anything commercial, those terms prevail.
OSPulse is pre-release until launch and features may change before then. If at launch the service does not do substantially what the Site describes, tell us and we will refund you in full.
3. Intelligence is informational, not a guarantee
OSPulse aggregates signals from public registries and third-party threat-intelligence feeds to help you assess the health and risk of open-source dependencies. This information is provided to support your own judgement. It is not a guarantee that any package is safe or unsafe, and it does not replace your own security review, testing, and due diligence. We are not liable for decisions you make based on OSPulse output.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information through our forms.
- Do not resell or provide access to the service to a third party without our written agreement.
- Do not scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the OSPulse and Fortitude Omnis Group names and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but all other rights are reserved.
6. Third-party links and data
The Site references third-party registries, feeds, and websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices, and any reference does not imply endorsement.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or any pre-release feature, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. This does not affect the service commitments in the subscription terms, nor any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortitude Omnis Group will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any OSPulse output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
